ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are delivered within a maximum of 1–2 days after post-payment confirmation from the service provider, including orders placed on weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays.
Order processing timelines may vary during peak sale periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMELINES
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Other Cities: 3–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions,
natural disasters, or other external factors beyond our control.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
• Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional orders.
• Express delivery options may incur additional charges.
• Gift wrap charges will also charged.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email and/or SMS will be sent with tracking details.
Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking ID via the courier partner’s website.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our courier partners will attempt delivery after prior call confirmation. A maximum of 2 delivery attempts will be made.
If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Quasar Gadgets shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
In such cases, if the order is returned to our warehouse, re-delivery may be attempted. Additional outward and inward shipping charges may apply.
DELIVERY DELAYS
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

• Unforeseen logistical challenges
We request customers to remain patient in such situations.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If you receive a damaged package or suspect tampering, please refuse delivery or notify us within 48 hours.
Complaints must be sent to wecare@quasargadgets.com with clear photographs of the packaging and product.
After verification, appropriate action such as replacement or refund will be initiated.
