Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on www.quasargadgets.com and is operated by Quasar Gadgets. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

Quasar Gadgets makes every effort to process and deliver orders as per the specifications and estimated delivery timelines displayed on the Site.

Before Shipment / Before Delivery Acceptance:
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the product is shipped or before delivery is accepted. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and 100% of the order amount paid will be refunded.

After Shipment:
Once the product has been shipped, order cancellation is not permitted. However, in exceptional cases where cancellation is approved at the sole discretion of Quasar Gadgets, the customer shall bear two-way shipping/transportation charges.

The product must be returned with all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, freebies, and invoices, in unused and resaleable condition. Pickup shall be arranged by Quasar Gadgets after confirmation.

Quasar Gadgets reserves the exclusive right to determine whether an order has been processed or shipped. The customer agrees to accept and not dispute Quasar Gadgets’ decision regarding order cancellation.

CANCELLATION BY QUASAR GADGETS

Quasar Gadgets reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order at any stage for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Quantity limitations
• Pricing or product description errors
• Payment authorization failure
• Suspected fraudulent or high-risk transactions

If an order or any part of it is cancelled, the customer will be notified via the registered email or phone number. If payment has already been received, the refund shall be processed to the original mode of payment as per bank/payment gateway timelines.

RECEIPT OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. However, if a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers must notify us within 7 (seven) days of delivery.

Complaints must be raised by emailing support@quasargadgets.com along with clear photographs or videos of the damaged/defective product.

Upon verification, Quasar Gadgets will arrange a pickup of the defective item and provide a replacement or full refund, subject to product availability.

All logistics costs for verified damaged or defective items will be borne by Quasar Gadgets.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS (NON-DEFECTIVE)

Customers may return unused, unopened products within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices must be intact
• Return requests must be initiated within the return window

Shipping charges (both forward and reverse) shall be borne by the customer.

Refunds shall be issued for the product value only, after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.

INSPECTION & DEDUCTIONS

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt. If the product is found to be used, damaged, altered, or tampered with, Quasar Gadgets reserves the right to deduct applicable charges, which may range from a minimum of 5% up to the full product value, depending on the condition of the returned item.

REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINES

Refunds will be initiated after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Refunds shall be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

In case of wallet credits or promotional balances, refunds shall be issued as store credit only.

Refund timelines may vary depending on banks and payment gateways, typically ranging from 7–15 working days.

Refunds via cheque or cash shall not be entertained.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

This policy is applicable only to products purchased directly from www.quasargadgets.com.

Products purchased from third-party sellers or external links are not covered under this policy.

Quasar Gadgets reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

REFURBISHED PRODUCTS – NO CANCELLATION / NO REFUND

Refurbished laptops, refurbished mobile phones, and other refurbished electronic devices are sold after thorough quality checks and testing.

Once an order for any refurbished product is confirmed and processed, cancellation, return, or refund shall not be permitted under any circumstances.

Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications, condition details, warranty information, and pricing before placing an order.

Refunds or returns for refurbished products will only be considered in cases where the product is received in a damaged or non-working condition and verified by Quasar Gadgets upon inspection.

By placing an order for refurbished products, the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges that no refund or cancellation request shall be entertained once the order is confirmed.
