Return & Cancellation Policy

At Quasar Gadgets, we aim to provide high-quality gadgets and electronics with a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order on www.quasargadgets.com.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATION

    Customers can cancel their order before the product is shipped from our warehouse.

    If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In some cases, cancellation after shipping may be accepted, but shipping and handling charges (including return shipping) may be deducted from the refund amount.

    Quasar Gadgets reserves the right to cancel any order due to the following reasons:

    1. Product is out of stock
    2. Errors in pricing or product information
    3. Payment verification issues
    4. Suspected fraudulent transactions

    If an order is cancelled after payment is successfully processed, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  2. RETURN POLICY

    Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the following conditions are met:

    1. The product must be unused and in original condition
    2. The product must be returned with original packaging
    3. All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices must be included
    4. The product must not have any physical damage caused by misuse

    Products that are used, opened, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return.

  3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

    If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect product, or if the seal is broken or tampered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

    For verification, you may be asked to provide:

    1. Order ID
    2. Photos of the product
    3. Unboxing video (if available)
    4. Description of the issue

    Once verified, we will arrange a pickup and provide either a replacement or a refund.

  4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    The following items are generally not eligible for return:

    1. Products damaged due to customer misuse
    2. Products without original packaging or accessories
    3. Software or digital products
    4. Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
    5. Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)
  5. REFUND POLICY

    Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

    Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

    Typical refund processing time:

    1. UPI / Wallet / Net Banking – 3 to 5 business days
    2. Debit / Credit Card – 5 to 10 business days

    Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

  6. RETURN SHIPPING
    1. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Quasar Gadgets will arrange a free pickup.
    2. If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong product selection, etc.), the customer may need to pay return shipping charges.
